Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only available within Switzerland.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 9.00 per order. Orders over CHF 60.00 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Switzerland takes place within 3 days.
10 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
